New, CMIP: Infection Prevention Online-Only Learning Option
$199 for Members $399 for Nonmembers

Those who are unable to participate in the practicum in-person training session, can still enhance their knowledge of principles of epidemiology and infection prevention through participation in the online-only portion of CMIP. This offering provides access to 22 hours online instruction including:
+ Network with facilitator and fellow learners for 8 weeks
+ Complete coursework in the form of self-directed exercises and assignment
+ Develop a capstone project: address a real-world infection prevention challenge at your facility – create a training protocol or procedure, or write a case study or review of an outbreak investigation

Participants of the Online-Only Learning Option will not participate in the two-day CMIP practicum workshop, or be required to develop a capstone project. Participants will not earn a certificate of mastery, however, they will be awarded a certificate of completion.
