AHE Academy Policies

Cancellations

The cancellation request must be received on or before September 2, 2024, 11:59 p.m. CT for a full refund (tracks with CMIP program require cancelation on or before August 5, 2024, 11:59 p.m. CT for a full refund). AHE requires a written cancellation.

Registrants unable to attend the in-person event may submit a written request by sending an email to AHE@aha.org.

Any cancellation request after September 2, 2024 (August 5, 2024, for CMIP tracks), will not be refunded. This policy remains in place and applies to your company’s regulations, including any reassignments given by your company and/or any foreseeable additional conditions/policies implemented by your company. Absolutely, no exceptions and no extensions. If you would like a colleague to substitute, please read the substitution policy below.

All refunds will be made using the same payment method (credit card or check) as the original transaction. Please allow 5 business days for all refunds to be completed.

Substitutions

Attendee substitutions will be granted until September 2, 2024 (August 5, 2024, for CMIP tracks). Please email the request to AHE@aha.org.

No-Shows

No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

Hotel Cancellations

The attendee is responsible for canceling any hotel and other travel arrangements.
