How does the way you measure and justify implemented products/processes/technologies affect the evaluation process? What assumptions do you make that may need to be changed?

In this module, participants consider how to measure outcomes of an implementation. Groups are provided with an implementation results sheet and based on the results, they work together to prepare a report for their stakeholder to explain the outcomes of the implementation.
